We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Visit the link below to start a return for your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask for a picture of the item to verify if it has any damage or marks from use before a return label will be sent out. Items that are scratched or damaged are not eligible for a return( unless this happens during transit). If the item is considered to be non refundable, you can request to have the item sent back to you. Return shipping costs for rejected returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have reached a decision on your return, we will notify you via email either with a refund notification or an email explaining why the item is non refundable. Please make sure the package is securely sealed when you send it back to us. If we receive the package with the item/s missing from the package, we will not be able to process a refund for you.
Screen protectors and phone cables are non refundable.

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL ON THE PRODUCT AND PUT IN THE MAIL TO RETURN TO US. PLEASE PLACE ITEM IN THE BUBBLE MAILER THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS SENT IN OR USE ANOTHER MAILER. Doing this will result in damage to the product and your return may be not accepted.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can resend it once it arrives back at our facility. However, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to have it sent out again. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Prepaid return shipping labels are only sent to US addresses. If it is an international purchase, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. A return is only authorized using a Kamo Skinz pre-paid return label. Any outside return labels purchased are non-refundable by Kamo Skinz.
Please send items back to us within 30 days after receiving the return shipping label. Return shipping labels are only good for 30 days after being made. Returns will not be processed and will be refused if received after 30 days have passed since the return label was sent.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
