*Holiday Shipping*

Our current processing time can be 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) to get our tough cases printed and shipped out. This timeframe may change without notice. Once we have added tracking information to your order, that means you order is currently being processed. 

Once you receive your tracking email, that means your package is being processed and preparing to ship out. Tracking information can take up to 72 hours to update once the package has been scanned by USPS. During the holiday season, please expect longer than normal order processing times. We currently do not offer 2-Day or Next Day shipping options. We use USPS to ship out our items.

Please double check the shipping address on your order. We are not responsible for an order being sent to the wrong address as we use the information provided on the order.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can resend it once it arrives back at our facility. However, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to have it sent out again. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

USPS is experiencing extended delays almost everywhere right now. Our shipping methods haven’t changed and we still have the same amount of staff working to get your packages out ASAP. Some packages are taking a lot longer than the standard 3 to 5 days.  While the package has left our facility, scans are not immediately made and they seem to be sitting at USPS facilities longer, sometimes remaining "in transit" between facilities for a longer period of time than usual.

Order processing times are 7- 10 business days to get items printed and shipped out.  Usually, most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after the order is placed. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 
If ordering more than one item, they may arrive in separate shipments. Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email we have on file. Please check your spam folder for emails.

Delivery times will also vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed, and the amount of processing time needed to fulfill and ship your order. You may receive multiple shipment confirmation e-mails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the shipping method and your shipping location.

Unfortunately, the only information we have on the location or delivery date for a specific package is the same tracking information that you're seeing.
